We are a group of Malaysians with many fond memories of our childhood days. Having left the nest and returned, our common language is food. Our hawker food! What else?! So we got together in Seremban and came up with the idea of LS Square. Back in those days, Lee Sum Road was the go-to place for food and meeting people, hence LS Square today; bringing the nostalgia of the past to the present!
To lead the charge, we imported an internationally trained chef from Penang who will whip up interesting and tasty comfort food for you and your family. Trained by Shangri-la Penang where he worked for 17 years, Chef Wee started his career in the food industry in 1993 and slowly rose through the ranks to executive chef. Just prior to LS Square, Chef Wee spent 3.5 years as sous chef of an integrated resort in The Philippines serving the international VIP customers that came his way.
To provide a venue for the community to gather over a hearty meal at affordable prices and in a clean and pleasant environment; leveraging state-of-art technology to deliver convenience and quality service.
